HOW TO BREW --- First, take out a small pu-erh tea brick (about 5 grams). (1) Pour in hot water at 300ml/100°C/212°F, and wait for 2 minutes. (2) Pour 160ml/212°F of water into a teacup, let it sit for 2 min. This process is known as “rinsing the tea leaves” and it helps to remove dust and impurities from the surface of the tea leaves. The second brew is ready to serve in 5 seconds.
